Yes, BIM&CO complies with GDPR. Since we collect contact data on thousands of users who have downloaded BIM objects and data from our platform since 2015, protecting this personal data has always been one of our top priorities.
What information is collected by BIM&CO and why?

To change your password, go to "edit your profile". Once on the page, click on "Manage your authentication strategy", here you will find all the ways of connecting to BIM&CO. Click on the BIM&CO method and click edit. Here, you can change the email attached to the account or change your password.
Do I have to agree to be included in BIM&CO's user database?
Yes. At the time of registration, users of BIM&CO must give their consent to join our list of subscribers.
How do I unsubscribe from BIM&CO?

What is BIM&CO's policy about cancellation of subscriptions?
BIM&CO's subscription cancellation policy is clear: in each e-mail sent by BIM&CO, recipients have a clearly visible unsubscribe link and they can choose to unsubscribe with a single click.
How long does BIM&CO keep the personal information of its users?
As long as you have an account, BIM&CO keeps your data. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us via our chat page or via the email: firstname.lastname@example.org. No, and BIM&CO is committed to not doing so. Your data is not sold or leased to third parties. Only manufacturers affiliated to the BIM&CO platform have access to certain data about you (name, first name, number of downloads...) as part of the BIM objects they make available on the platform.
