Does BIM&CO share the personal information of its users?

In accordance with section 1.5 (Aims of data collection) of our Privacy Policy, certain features of the platform, such as BIM&CO Analytics, may share user's personal data with the manufacturers who own content to which this user desires access. BIM&CO may also be required to disclose personal information to third parties for technical reasons (e.g., hosting services) or where required by law, in the case of a legal dispute, for example.
