# Does BIM&CO sell user data to third parties?

No, and BIM&CO is committed to not doing so. Your data is not sold or leased to third parties. Only manufacturers affiliated to the BIM&CO platform have access to certain data about you (name, first name, number of downloads...) as part of the BIM objects they make available on the platform.
